Our Mission
The Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation is a separate nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to strengthening public safety and supporting the communities served by Arizona’s sheriffs. Working alongside sheriffs and community partners across the state, the Foundation provides charitable resources to advance programs and initiatives that make a meaningful difference for Arizonans.
Our work focuses on supporting search and rescue, public safety education and training, youth and community-based programs, and assistance for law enforcement personnel and their families during times of significant need or tragedy. The Foundation also creates opportunities to develop innovative partnerships and invest in emerging needs identified by sheriffs in the communities they serve.
At its core, the Foundation is about service, partnership, and community — bringing people and resources together to support those who protect and serve Arizona and to help build safer, stronger communities throughout our state.
What We Support
Search & Rescue
Support for training, equipment, coordination, and initiatives that strengthen search and rescue capabilities across Arizona.
Youth & Community Programs
Support for programs that create positive opportunities, strengthen communities, and build meaningful connections between law enforcement, young people, and families.
Public Safety Education & Training
Resources that support education, training, collaboration, and innovative approaches to public safety.
Law Enforcement Personnel & Families
Support for law enforcement personnel and their families during times of significant need, serious injury, or tragedy.

The Foundation’s work is made possible through charitable giving and partnerships with individuals, businesses, foundations, and community organizations that share a commitment to safer, stronger communities.
The Arizona Sheriffs’ Association and Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation are separate nonprofit organizations. Charitable contributions to the Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation are made directly to the Foundation.
