Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the donation, membership, and store services offered through it by the Arizona Sheriffs' Association and the Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation (together, "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or making a donation, purchase, or membership through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Us

The Arizona Sheriffs' Association is a 501(c)(4) organization. The Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Membership dues and event sponsorships support the Association; donations, Friends of the Sheriffs contributions, and merchandise proceeds support the Foundation.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Donations

Donations made through this website to the Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation are voluntary. The Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless otherwise stated. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or in an incorrect amount, contact us promptly and we will work in good faith to resolve it.

Recurring Donations

If you choose a recurring donation, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund prior charges.

Membership

Membership dues paid to the Arizona Sheriffs' Association are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions (they may be deductible as a business expense; consult your tax advisor). Membership benefits and terms are described where the membership is offered.

Merchandise Purchases

Merchandise is sold through our online store, with payments processed securely by Stripe and orders shipped to the address you provide. For questions about an order, shipping, or returns, contact info@azsheriffs.org. Proceeds from merchandise support the Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, seals, and images — is owned by or licensed to the Arizona Sheriffs' Association and the Arizona Sheriffs' Foundation and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our permission, except as permitted by law.
